7) What is cargo insurance and should l insure for my cargo?
Cargo insurance is to insure your cargo against the loss from certain risks when trasport ation such as natural calamities-heavy weather, lightning, tsunami, earthquake and flood, or Par tial Loss caused by accidents/consequent on falling of entire package or packages into sea during loading, transhipment or discharge etc. We highly recommend shipper/c nee can insure for each shipment in case above situation happen.
