    • Laem Chabang (THLCH) – Thailand’s largest box port, 6.9 M TEU/yr, 16 m draft, 4 terminals (A0–D3), on-dock rail to Lat Krabang ICD. Handles 54 % of national trade. Ideal for electronics, auto parts, chemicals.

    • Bangkok (THBKK) – River port 30 km up the Chao Phraya, max 8.2 m draft, 1.3 M TEU/yr, heavy lift & rice bulk expertise, closest to inner-city factories. Barge relay to Laem Chabang avoids draft limits.

    • Songkhla (THSG) – Southern gateway facing Malaysia/Singapore, 11.2 m draft, rubber, frozen seafood, palm oil hub. Lower THC, shorter haul to Hat-Yai industrial zone.

  2. Sailing Calendar (2025 Q4)

    • LCB service: ETD Shenzhen Wed/Sat, Shanghai Sun, Ningbo Mon; ETA LCB Fri/Mon/Tue respectively.

    • BKK service: ETD Shenzhen Thu, Shanghai Mon; ETA BKK Sun/Wed. Feeder transship via LCB or direct river call subject to tide.

    • Songkhla service: fortnightly direct from Ningbo & Xiamen; otherwise Singapore hub with 2-day relay.

  3. Transit Benchmarks

    • FCL 20GP/40HQ: 7–9 days PRD → LCB; 8–10 days PRD → BKK; 10–13 days Yangtze Delta → Songkhla.

    • LCL consolidation: daily pick-up in Pearl/Yangtze deltas, CFS cut-off 3 days before vessel, add 1–2 days versus FCL.

    • Rail + Sea option (new): Chengdu/Chongqing → Laos → Thailand via China-Laos Railway, 4 days to Thanaleng, barge 12 h to LCB; total 6–7 days for time-critical cargo.
