Laem Chabang (THLCH) – Thailand’s largest box port, 6.9 M TEU/yr, 16 m draft, 4 terminals (A0–D3), on-dock rail to Lat Krabang ICD. Handles 54 % of national trade. Ideal for electronics, auto parts, chemicals.
Bangkok (THBKK) – River port 30 km up the Chao Phraya, max 8.2 m draft, 1.3 M TEU/yr, heavy lift & rice bulk expertise, closest to inner-city factories. Barge relay to Laem Chabang avoids draft limits.
Songkhla (THSG) – Southern gateway facing Malaysia/Singapore, 11.2 m draft, rubber, frozen seafood, palm oil hub. Lower THC, shorter haul to Hat-Yai industrial zone.
